It was a massive model with a lot of detail and was fun to do. The customer wanted the model done like the box art so it has a very simple color scheme but still looked nice. This one was an experiment with washes and glazes mainly trying to get as much contrast as possible with a white base coat. Opaque paint was applied in layers to build up the skin tone, allowing some of the darker wash and glaze colors to show through. Check it out here.
